Daily Duties at Quality Heating Services Ltd:
P&L, HR, Hiring and firing of staff. Client / Contract management. To ensure the growth of our business in terms of %margin and contracts / contract value. Reporting to the Managing Director, I would manage the day to day operations ensuring that client satisfaction was maintained at all times. I would be responsible to write / bid for work. Maintain / improve cost control at all times, Deal effectively with employee relation matters including disciplinary procedures. I was responsible for the mobilisation / implementation of new contracts and ensuring the smooth transfer for our clients to our services from a previous competitor. I would entertain clients with hospitality and build lasting relationships for the benefit of our business now and into the future. I was on call 24 / 7 / 365 to address and act on any concerns that may arise from time to time.
