Daily Duties at Kingsley Technical Services:

To liaise with local job centres to find suitable candidates for training. This would facilitate them learning new engineering skills, passing a City and Guilds Assessment leading them to become "Gas Safe Registered" i.e. able to go to work. I was responsible to ensure that the candidates that i selected had the right attitude to work (they wanted to). I would then induct them into Barrett Bell Ltd for their formal training and assessment. I was responsible to allocate work experience / placement opportunities for approx. 150 new engineers into an industry that has a shortfall of skilled labor.
