Increased customer growth 1000% in 2 years. • Implement Standard Operating Procedures and conducted all training for location managers. • Negotiated contracts and managed carrier relations across regional territory (IN, KY, MI, NC, NY, OH, PA, WI) 24 million in revenue. • Develop routing efficiencies with the engineering department to reduce fuel costs, HOS and maintenance issues. • Profitable retention and growth of dedicated business within the span of control (multiple accounts), while ensuring that financial, employee safety and customer satisfaction goals are met. • Forecasting of all locations, pricing models for all new business and control all aspects for starting up new business.
