Daily Duties at Dominion East Ohio Gas Company:
• Provides quality customer service while presenting information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. • Assesses customer’s complaints, disputes, grievances and conflicts. • Trains and supervises new employees on Mobile data collection systems (MC3) and Itron FC300 handhelds. • Identifies and/or troubleshoots meters for defects and inspect for abnormal usage volume or tampering that may indicate unlawful usage.
