Daily Duties at At&T:

New Markets Network Features. • Leader for the 5ESS switch feature development in support of AT&T Digital Link service deployment. Responsible for 5ESS and 4ESS network architecture for the project. Member of Technical Staff - 4ESS® and 5ESS® Core Technology Planning. • Managed $40 million dollar feature development budget. • Implemented AT&T switched network capabilities to meet Business Unit's needs for new communications services and features. • Defined new switch features • Evaluated alternative switch network architectures • Developed business cases and negotiated agreements among SBUs. • Defined NTD Q-gate process • Performed audits on entire process with final outcome of ISO9000 certification.
