Daily Duties at Mining And Metals:
Lead designer temporary facilities design phase and early construction phase. Primary responsibility was to coordinate with sub-contractor and field construction team to develop layout of temporary facilities, roads, laydown areas and camps in mountainous area to construct facilities for 8000 man camp. I was also responsible for managing two shifts of subordinate Spanish only speaking, design teams. During my time at O.G.P., I was tasked with off assignment projects such as field visits to non-Bechtel projects to perform third party inspections and assessments.
