Provided administrative assistance to four-star General, handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Prepared routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports and was responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Assisted in development of concepts, practices, and procedures. Managed Administrative department of 17 personnel. Responsible for supervision of the clerical staff.
