• Organized and managed office operations, including maintaining employees’ personnel records, approving requisition requests, and monitoring clerical functions. • Ensured office efficiency using various hardware and software tools. • Had Hire/Fire Authority. • Developed performance improvement plans. • Trained new employees in office policies and procedures and the proper use of office tools and equipment related to their specific positions. • Administered performance evaluations on an annual basis to ensure that the needs of the company were continually met and the employees performed quality work. Also performed evaluations to recommend promotions, awards, and raises. • Coordinated team efforts and delegated work as necessary to make sure large projects were completed in a timely manner.
