Daily Duties at Crl Ministries:

Develops and directs the implementation of strategic and operational plans to support the execution of activities that support the organization’s mission and project goals. • Experienced team leader, manager and facilitator for a non-profit organization with assets totaling more than $8 million dollars. • Manage day-to-day operations of a staff of 25 employees and more than 100 volunteers for an organization with more than 7000 members. • Write performance evaluations and appraisals for day staff. • Provide on-site management for the following business operations: facilities and property; contract administration; procurements, administrative support and resource allocation, security, and risk management, including overall program oversight. • Collaborate with the finance director to formulate and execute annual budgets. • Implemented and managed an 8-month stewardship program that generated approximately .25 million dollars for the organization within the 8-month period. • Facilitate meetings and the go-to person for leaders with diverse backgrounds for 11 departments. • Prepares reports, develops performance targets and milestones for twelve executive directors. • Prepares reports and policy manuals for the organization, including human resource policies and procedures and annual agency performance report. • Oversee annual conferences for a 7,000-member organization, including arranging meetings for public speakers, facilitating contracts for recording artists such as Fred Hammond, CeeCee Winans, Take 6, and Israel Houghton. Arrange travel and accommodations, prepare conference schedules, and developing websites and online registration. • Secures procurements and contracts for construction, maintenance, and catering services.
