Daily Duties at Stream Global Services:
Lead a team of 200+ resources at a single location, managing directs and influencing their direct. Providing P+L information as it relates to staffing, volume projections and information on how to navigate forecasted and unforeseen obstacles. Leadership development, hiring and on-boarding were also required.
