Daily Duties at Director Of Technical Support:
I'm responsible for top to bottom success regarding multiple skill group specific support teams that require partnership with developer and product leaders, direct team and departmental leaders and critical customer assistance resources, all on a global scale, 7 x 24. Daily tasks include engagement in key change management discussions/action and delivery initiatives; customer satisfaction, performance management, delivery partners, building leaders, managing direct reports and project management activities.
