Daily Duties at Addivant Usa:
Lead a 19 person unionized Maintenance/E&I team for a multi-unit batch chemical plant. Set priorities on maintenance activities to assure continuing plant operations with minimum downtime while maintaining responsibility for Maintenance KPIs (safety, budget, overtime, call-outs, backlog, re-work, delivery).
