Managed the operations of 50+ seat call center for Payday Loan Debt Assistance, offering assistance to consumers in 13 states. Main responsibilities include leading the Negotiations and Customer Service departments, planning and budgeting, people development, new state development and supporting any new Company initiatives.  Developed and promoted three team members to Managers and one to a Director.  Implemented new systems and procedures for the Company’s Standard of Operations Manual.  Increased overall top line revenue by over 50% YOY.  Increased settlement volume by over 100% YOY.  Lead Facilitator on many new company initiatives.
