Daily Duties at Ezcorp:

Supported day to day operations of a 500 store payday loan company. Worked to develop new products, implemented IT improvement, and created operational policy and procedure. Main responsibilities included, leading the Customer Service department, planning and budgeting, people development, new state development and supporting any new company initiatives.  Developed and implemented a site to store Lead Generation program.  Implemented new systems and procedures.  Project lead on all regulatory changes for the field. Including the Houston City ordinance implementation.  Work side by side with Director of Compliance to decipher all regulatory mandates.  Created a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) infrastructure.  Developed a new State Deployment Matrix.
