Daily Duties at Manpower:

• Supervised 15 employees on different work sites while evaluating the condition of material equipment. • Developed detailed schedules and timelines for daily tasks with close coordination of program leadership. • Aided in evaluating and establishing logistics support analysis and activities related to moving personnel and operations • In charge of inventory and accountability of 12 personnel and equipment on a daily basis. • Directed daily operations while in remote & uncomfortable conditions. • Identified problems and provided solutions regarding materials of maintenance and plant construction. • Enforced policies and procedures on safety while wearing required equipment. • Assisted in planning, coordinating, and scheduling retrofit actions.
