Daily Duties at East Orange General Hospital:
Provide primary first-line supervision for screening staff during assigned shift. Supervise the peer support staff and all other service staff of the program, evaluate workers' performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Provide daily productivity reports, payroll and budgeting reports weekly. Provide training for Essex County Police officers in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) principles and applications. Prepares the monthly clinical and employee schedule assigning treatment responsibilities, required trainings, and other monthly events. Provide supervision for lead clinician across all shifts. Provide clinical oversight of forensics patients from Essex county Corrections located in East Orange Forensics Unit. Responsible for responding to emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures. Submit System Review Data (SRC) and reports to New Jersey Department of Health and Mental illness.
