Analyzed Wharton’s strategy and finances and provided recommendations that were 90% implemented. • Drove Wharton’s software sales and marketing strategy, negotiated with publishers to achieve savings of $2M for the School. Negotiated the Wharton West hotel and catering options for the Executive MBA. • Negotiated the Wharton West Exec Ed Hotel and Catering in San Francisco and saved school $100k.
