Daily Duties at 4 Life Research:

• Conceptualized, planned, designed and executed a call center for a multi-level marketing company. • Increased the basic service levels of thirty-five lines from 69% to a level of 95% by ensuring that the staff was being fully utilized and focused on ensuring that calls were answered in less than thirty seconds. • Ensured calls were answered in 10 seconds or less. • Designed current call center configuration to ensure efficiency, by having all supervisors in one area and available to all representatives. • Established representative work standards, call monitoring strategies, hiring guidelines, and leadership development. • Directed call lines in 9 languages from 35 countries, ensuring coverage for their countries hours and giving excellent service. • Counseled for improvement in performance and when needed terminated employment. • Provided staffing and support during International Conventions in various parts of the U.S.
