Developed the plan to overcome challenges while directing sales operations, sales engineering, and sales support teams. Directed sales director and up to 30 indirect reports: sales reps, management of field planning and financial planning resources, service delivery project managers, account development, service management, regional network planners, billing, and A/R, technical support center and field operations. Managed $30 million budget.
