Daily Duties at Synapse/Time Inc.:

Managed $21M business unit responsible for acquisition of new continuity subscribers through phone calls. Charged with growing divisional income and profitability via existing client base through optimization of current marketing materials; ideation, development and implementation of new products and services; operations fine-tuning, while also creating products and services to appeal to prospective clients. Full, executive oversight and responsibility for division P&L and nine employees’ T&E reviewed quarterly with C-suite and parent company.
