Head up a team of programmers in developing applications and operational support programs to establish an end-to-end solution for a long-term Medical Records program in the Nursing Home sector. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Implement SOPs guiding the development, documentation, and quality assurance (QA) in compliance with HIPPA regulations and State and Federal standards. • User Training: Train nontechnical staff in 100+ nursing homes and hospitals on applications and programs, providing enhancements and support. • Accomplishment: Software design and development played a key role in attaining $15M business sale price.
