Daily Duties at Hdi/Hms:

Director: IT Production Direct, balance, and monitor workflow for fast-paced information technology department in the health care sector. • Coding T-SQL procedures and reviewing teams written procedures for standardized requirements and logic. • Optimize efficiency across multiple functions by providing technical configuration for information governance and designing, programming, and implementing the highest level of automation over entire client data lifecycle. • Create and implement standardization automation protocols for data flow management in compliance with HIPPA and internal controls across task Project Management Application, Client Lifecycle Flows, Task-based Project Plans, New Client Checklists, and Operational Workflow Controls. • Secure $1M+ monthly in cost savings by establishing and designing the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) auditing system. HealthDataInsigts (HDI), Las Vegas, NV 2004 to 2013 Lead T-SQL Developer Lead team in T-SQL programming in daily operations for processing files in and out of the company through the production system. • Coding T-SQL and creating standardized stored, UDF's, triggered procedures and was in dynamic code for reusable procedures. • Created requested report to extract the required data elements and counts. • Manage IT projects across full lifecycle including business and technical requirements, goals and objectives, prioritization, task-based project planning, timelines, and deliverables. • Select and train a team of Business Analysts to create technical specifications documentation system resulting in Production data integrity. • Mentor technical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless development and implementation of automated solutions using T-SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), T-SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and proprietary business applications. • Lead IT team in the production of training manuals, toolboxes, and programs for technical personnel. Train nontechnical staff on the use of technology initiatives and automated systems.
