Daily Duties at Heartland Automotive:
Lead a large group of people to make quality parts on time for our customers. With a focus on quality, safety and teamwork. Solve problems when we have issues with quality or missing a order promise date. Train my staff and delegate to my leaders. Report the results of my group to upper management each day. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
