Performed contact touch analysis to determine the optimal number of touches a contact could receive before "opting out." Integrated propensity to buy analytics into the market data warehouse, marketing automation and sales force automation systems. Supported field marketing and territory sales teams with data for account planning. Performed database segmentation, churn analysis, cohort analysis, customer life-time value analysis. Performed master data management role while managing a $1.5M budget for external data sources. Worked globally with teams from across the world.
