ú Provided expert oversight to the overall finance and accounting, strategic operational effectiveness from design and implementation, business analytics, legal, and internal information technology (IT) activities ú Took charge of various IT driven initiatives delivered through diminished IT administrative costs, including conversion of core internal business applications to SaaS model ú Functioned as legal representative of the company on all registered foreign branches and corporate contracts ú Held full accountability in handling customer contract negotiations with regards to large customer revenue deals ú Serve as the company administrator for retirement plans, responsible for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) repurchase liability forecasts and business valuation activities
