Duties: Human Resources (hiring, goal setting, reviews and compensation, and staff training); Client, funder and customer relations; Strategy development, Budgeting, forecasting and expense management; Grants and contracts administration; Sales and marketing support; Procurement of equipment, goods, services and new office space; Contracting with vendors and consultants; new systems implementation for tel-com and financial tracking of grants.
