Daily Duties at Jarvis Christian College:

As Chair of the Division of Education, I was responsible for all teacher education programs: English Language Arts And Reading (4-8); English Language Arts And Reading (8-12); History (8-12); Life Sciences (8-12); Mathematics (4-8); Mathematics (8-12); Sciences (4-8); Physical Science (8-12); Business Education (6-12); Physical Education. I supervised a faculty of five full-time faculty and eight part-time faculty. My responsibilities included evaluation, professional development, and management of faculty. In may four months at this employer, two were sent actually working with faculty as school closed in two months (May). Despite my efforts to employ faculty during the summer, not one was willing to work. Therefore, I worked alone as there was no summer school at the College. I found this college a mismatch of my interest and skills.
