Daily Duties at Kentucky State University:
Assistant to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs in charge of Faculty and Student Affairs and Academic Events. I managed all matters related to faculty, performance evaluation process, course evaluation process, facilitated the tenure and promotion process. Organized faculty development and training and managed faculty and student conflict. For students, I oversaw the academic honors recognition, Honor's day program, managed the faculty tenure and promotion process, attended faculty senate meetings on behalf of the provost, prepared various reports internal and external to the institution on behalf of the provosts such as SACS reports, Council on Postsecondary Stronger by Degree reports, Provided oversight for TRIO programs and several other grant programs. I provided serves as a troubleshooter for faculty, student and stakeholder complaints and conflict resolution.
