Maintained a trading relationship with 75 institutional accounts and presided over three in-house clients for the commission recapture program through various strategic approaches and international trades. Updated clients on a daily basis with news, earnings, and research meetings with management, facilitating eight conferences annually to coordinate with clients in procuring customers to sign up with one-on-one meetings with management. Established positive work relationships with buyer-side portfolio managers to efficiently manage negotiations with the seller-side analyst. Coordinated with staff, support team, and desk personnel in maintaining and improving algorithm software.
