- Provided procurement and subcontract support to the Government & Infrastructure division of the company. - Responsible for advising Engineering and Construction counterparts on proper procurement and contracting methodology, policies, and regulations. - Had daily interface with internal customers to review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure a complete and comprehensive bid package could be assembled that would result the most competitive pricing from multiple sources of supply. - Assisted the team with preparing bid evaluation criteria to analyze bids and make award recommendations either on low price or best value basis. - Managed one purchasing agent and three subcontract administrators, provided training and periodic updates to company policies and procedures. - Conducted employee performance feedback sessions and annual appraisals.
