Delivered quality human resources services and products to clients. Developed training seminars, employee orientations secessions, team-building exercises, diversity awareness training, crisis and time management courses, and career development tracking. Served as member of the Human Resource Council developing employee training, policies and procedures, documentation, and EEOC and OSHA compliance. Worked as Employee Relations Advocate for South West Florida clients. Maintained regional growth rate of 20% with a 90% or above client retention rate.
