Daily Duties at Qineti Q North America:
• Supervised Division Program Managers. • Program Manager for largest program in the division, consisting of over 300 employees at 26 world-wide locations. Employees consisted of IT, FSRs, ORSA, and Army Maintenance SMEs/analysts. • Managed multiple task orders and multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Managed deployments and travel schedules. • Managed budget – reviewed and approved invoices for services. • Ensured timely delivery of contractual deliverables at quality levels above contractual standards. • Responsible for establishing Standard Operating Procedures and employee training for my division and ensuring employee compliance with the SOP and contractual rules and regulations. • Maintained adequate staffing levels of qualified personnel. • Maintained customer relationships for all customers and subcontractors. Briefed and participated in customer briefings through the O-9 level. • Identified and facilitated problem resolution. • Responsible for new and organic business development – grew division revenue to over $37M at program height in 2012. • Provided direction for software development project to upgrade data base and data entry software to include quality control check and balances.
