Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin :

• Monitors and drive compliance to Company/Program directed Earned Value business rhythm. Responsible for cost accounts valued over $300M, ensuring all Earned Value Management System objectives are implemented and Control Account Managers are prepared for audits. Coordinate with program finance to ensure Contract Performance Report decks are complete and accurate. Provide ad hoc Earned Value reports and analysis to Control Account Managers, Value Stream Teams, Program and Customer(s). • Proactively manage Production Operations functions: • Maintain current operations plan/schedules (traditional and non-traditional) and identify critical path and maintain options to meet plan/schedule objectives. Communicate us to senior Program Management and senior management at Missile Defense Agency. • Provide funding and up to date Statements of Work for manufacturing operations at all manufacturing and manufacturing support locations: Dallas, TX; Camden, AR; Lufkin, TX; Ocala, FL • Ensure timely response by all organizations to avoid line stoppages at manufacturing facilities. • Manage and coach cross-functional teams to meet product quality/reliability, cost and schedule requirements for the Launcher, and Fire Control (TFCC) Ground components and Function manager for CLS and ILS production Operation teams, Which includes 2 L4s and 3 component leads • Perform/make buying decision by developing a strategic affordability plan to minimize production impacts. • Responsible for managing activities such as production, engineering, quality, planning and process improvement that directly pertain, to one or more of the following disciplines: failure analysis, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, global supply base, test, and tool. • Responsible for managing production operation activities with security and facilities and safety origination prior to preforming any retrofit/prototype activities. • Collaborate with Program management, Proposal lead, Program planning, Engineering, Test and Software to derive bases of estimates and schedules for proposal activities including NRE activities. • Responsible for recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
