Director and Manager within the Middle Office Department that consisted of both a Credit Administration Team for independently reviewing and closing credit facilities granted to corporate clients and a Document Management Team that reviewed and housed the deal documentation for the organization. Registration and tracking/aging of all credit related deal documentation including items such as promissory notes, UCC Filings and deal collateral. Management of the FED Pledge Program for the bank. Review of all credit approvals prior to recording all new amended lending transactions generated throughout New York, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Chicago. Monitor analytics of all pending deals and ensure bank can fulfill all associated administrative duties. Management of the Liquidity Program and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Full management of all Credit/Deal Documentation in both the Physical and Electronic Libraries at the Bank. Integrate new policies and procedures according to departmental guidelines to modify and enhance workflow processes. Collaborate with Vice President to ensure all staff members receive the additional training they need to continue progressing throughout career. Combined three separate departments into single department, with a team of 26 direct reports focused on streamlining workflow.
