Work with Developers and Customer Support agents to ensure we had all the requirements to duplicate, develop and test the solution to resolve their issues. Created the QA plan to test all releases. My job was to make sure the QA plan was updated as new issues were found. The QA checklist was developed to insure all new releases never introduce issues.
