Worked with developers and implementers to make sure the Manage Services platform was stable and available to our clients at all time. Worked with clients to determine new enhancements that they wanted to see as part of the platform. Managed a team of seven direct reports whose job was to make sure we had all platforms on the latest software. Team performed upgrades on the software and assisted in the testing of all hardware and OS upgrades.
