Defined the sales strategy to target the North American market. Restructured over 265 sales professionals. Resized territories, refined market segmentation prioritization. Revised all commission plans to make the simple to understand and pay monthly. Implemented new tools to reduce administrative aspects of the sales reps, managers and directors time; online expenses, SFDC forecasting tools, contract approvals, sales rep certification, communication methods and various technology enablement solutions. Implemented standardized sales training using SPIN and C-Suite Selling. 50% field travel into customer accounts and mentoring sales professionals, managers and directors. Implemented leadership assessment, training and development.
