Responsible for all In Patient Coding, as well as Observation patient status charts. Mentoring staff of fellow coders. Initiated Continuing Education Documentation Improvement with all Hospital Employed Multi-Specialty Physicians, at this Catholic health system that includes acute care, Critical Access 25 bed facility, skilled care, hospice, home health, durable medical equipment supplier and thriving provider based physician practices. Chemotherapy, Physical Therapy , Prompt Care Clinic in addition to the Emergency Room, Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapy and Same Day Surgery.
