Daily Duties at Viacom:

• Full Cycle recruiting and Employee Relations for, Home Entertainment, Finance, Business Affairs and Legal, Paramount Vantage Group, Studio Operations, Famous Music Publishing Company and Extreme Music Business Units. • Spearhead onsite Temp Staffing workflow and process to address all areas of finance, legal and administrative services. • Successfully implement and issue $10M RFP for temp staffing services 10M spend. • Administer all employee relations. • Partner with Vice President of Compensation and Benefits. • Forefront of evaluation and selection process for ATS system. • Fully incorporated Team member on DreamWorks Acquisition project including RIF’s, on boarding and employee orientation.
