• Full Cycle recruiting for, CBS International Television Distribution, CBS/Paramount Network Television and Production. • Administer all employee relations. • Provide ongoing employee relations support to production employees (both union and non-union) in areas such as conflict resolution, performance management, and compensation. • Conducted new hire orientation training and managed recruiting efforts from assistants to management levels. Oversaw immigration/visa process for the Studio.
