Daily Duties at Cbs Television Studios:
• Manage all Human Resource functions including hands on experience in employee staffing, performance management, counseling and conflict resolution. • HR contact for CBS Television Studios, CBS Studios International and twenty-four Television Productions. • Assist with the interpretation and correct application of company policies, procedures, programs and practices, while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism. • Working knowledge of EEOC, current labor laws and changes, workers' compensation, ADA and FMLA. • Collaborate with department heads, managers and supervisors to identify and deliver training needs within functional areas and across the company. • Develop and manage employee programs, recruiting, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, and equal opportunity initiatives. • Developed and monitor the CBS Television Studios Internship Program. • Demonstrate ability to manage high volume employee relations investigations. • Conduct investigations regarding complaints, allegations, integrity violations, and any other performance concerns. • Advise management, Labor Relations and Legal on solutions, outcomes or formal disciplinary action, including verbal/written warnings, terminations and include compliance of CBAs when applicable. • Organize, coordinate and monitor the Anti-Harassment trainings for twenty-four productions under Studios and Distribution.
