Daily Duties at Diversi Corp :
Market business services to prospective organizations and individual clients via telephone and in-person meetings. Meet with key decision makers, team leaders, and senior-level executives, to develop new client engagements and expand services utilized by existing client base. Participate in networking and business development events. Strategize with internal leadership teams to review best practices and/or process improvement methods that can assist in reaching strategic objectives. Address and resolve client issues via phone, email, and/or in-person visits. Address and resolve challenges related to assigned accounts. Solicit referrals from past and present clients/prospects. Design and deliver targeted presentations to current and existing clients detailing services available Review status of open engagements. Monitor project timelines of on-going projects to ensure deliverables are met. Document needs/challenges/issues identified by client in Discovery/Assessment meeting. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. Facilitate new client transition process. Review profitability reports for assigned client group.
