Daily Duties at Hollywood Villas:
Assisted the owner with daily operations of multiple apartment communities. Bookkeeping, (posting of rent payments, collections and bank deposits) managed tenants’ records. Prepared and delivered leases, delinquent letters, rent increase letters, and security deposit refund letters to residents. Marketed vacancies and leased apartments; held open houses. Coordinated work orders with vendors, maintenance, and subcontractors. Compiled and prepared monthly financial reports.
