Daily Duties at Memorial Hospital Miramar:
Currently I possess the role of staff nurse, in which I am responsible for the direct care of patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. I am highly energized and focused facilitating education to families and providing solutions, recommendations and interventions to better service all. Due to my years of experience, knowledge and skill I have established strong rapports with physicians and enjoy working together as a team to provide superior care. As a nurse we are continuous learners and educators and act as preceptors/mentors to our new staff. I also served as a resource nurse responsible for coordinating unit activities and assignments under circumstances emergent and non-emergent.
