Daily Duties at Intellimed:
Corporate Executive Management, completed a 5-year strategic plan for the company, managed the implementation of the plan and directed all of the key elements required to meet the Plan including; new product development, introduction of new technologies, contract restructuring, new marketing and sales plans, introduction of state-of-the-are customer relations procedures and set in place "key performance indicators" to evaluation employee performance levels.
