Member of the college’s senior management team reporting directly to the President with responsibility for Academics, Student Services, and Workforce and Continuing Education. Engaged college community to design, develop, and implement innovative retention and completion initiatives including prescriptive, accelerated developmental mathematics, New Student Orientation, Faculty Academy, Early Alert, mandatory student success class, and faculty advising while improving upon a learning environment which values and supports student retention, persistence, and completion.
