As President and CEO, my duties and responsibilities included the supervision of the day-to-day company operations and ascertain that it was on track to meet its financial goals. In addition, I would ensure supervisors and associates had the resources and incentives to complete their work and provide feedback as appropriate. Daily duties might involve accounting, budgeting, finance, sales, marketing and purchasing decisions. Prospect and sales tracking was recorded in ACT CRM.
