Daily Duties at Extreme Deals :
Well versed with the theories and principles of work breakdown structure, SDLC Define the project objectives and lay out a schedule for tasks to ensure that the project succeeds in achieving all of its objectives Assist in the preliminary planning discussions to determine the objectives, scope, constraints, risks, and deliverables of the project Apply the various engineering and management theories as applicable to the project demands Receive weekly reports from the senior members, evaluate them and provide the derived vital statistics to the head manager Identified and managed project risks and track process dependencies
