Daily Duties at Pk Management:
Responsible for managing Patten Towers - Management plans including investment objectives, compliance goals marketing, and asset quality. Mentor, coach, supervise and develop site staff. Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely preparation of rent ready apartments to fully meet the demand of the market. Property management, safety standards and employee and resident responsibility. Help determine, implement and follow up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at property. Also, responsible for taking care of all escalated complaints from residents. 221 Units of S8/SR units and Tax Credit Units.
