Mentor and build leaders by managing individuals in a turn-key-programs. Guided individuals to explore their goals and road map to realize their successful achievement. • Managed 2 shutdowns (yearly) to revamp / enhance manufacturing; to increase lean manufacturing / output, safety environment / issues, Toyota system, revamp cells / adjusting manpower – equipment usage, large preventative maintenance machinery, complete surplus / oversized tasks. • Managed assembly line for current / new line setup. This incorporated the following processes / methods; first and second level assembly lines, benchmarking, validation and implementation of processing parameters to decrease cost (timing, equipment usage and manpower), systemic problem solving, time study / assembly line balance, error proofing - mistake-proofing techniques, value stream mapping - material and information flow mapping, tooling / fixtures – feasibility, acquisition, testing, Gage R&R and Cp, and work instructions write up / audits.
